06 fotosLockWise is a mobile application that allows users to locate, reserve and control lockers in shared spaces safely and without friction. Opening is done via temporary code, NFC or from the app itself, with real-time history tracking and alerts.
67% of people worry about their belongings in shared spaces, 75% want a secure place and 23% have experienced theft or loss. 23,719 lost items were recorded, with phones, money and clothing being the most common. Access and tracking information was confusing, scattered and insecure.
System with three main flows — map-based reservation, secure opening (code/NFC/app) and tracking with history and support — that eliminates friction at every touchpoint and returns control to the user.

Estructuración de las pantallas clave con foco en la reducción de pasos por flujo. Cada acción crítica (reservar, abrir, reportar) debía completarse en máximo 3 toques.
Diseño visual final con sistema de componentes, modo oscuro y paleta de accesibilidad. Prototipo interactivo en Figma para pruebas con usuarios reales.
